Sharing results with your patients
Your patients can see their own results securely in the Clinilabs results app.
Your patients can view their own results in the Clinilabs results app at myresults.clinilabs.co.uk. There's nothing for them to download or install, and nothing for you to send.
How your patients sign in
- They go to myresults.clinilabs.co.uk on their phone or computer.
- They enter the mobile number you recorded when registering them.
- We send them a 6-digit code by text (or email), which they enter to sign in. We may also ask for their date of birth.
That's why it's important to record the patient's mobile number correctly.
What patients see
- each result explained in plain English, against its reference range
- results grouped by body system, with a simple health score
- how results have changed since previous tests
- an AI assistant that explains results in plain language (it doesn't give diagnoses)
- an option to download their lab report, or share it with their GP
Your own branded results app
Clinics can have their own branded version of the results app, with their name, logo and web address, showing only their patients' results. Ask us about the Clinilabs partner programme.
A patient can't sign in?
The most common reason is that their mobile number was recorded differently when they were registered. Check the number on their order and contact us if it needs correcting.
